Myofascial Qi Gong is a holistic Qi Gong martial arts practice combined with the practice of releasing physical and mental tension. The Gong postures stretch your meridians and release your fascia, releasing deep tension. It is combined with guided deep breathing to activate the body’s detoxifying and self-healing capabilities.
