Filiz Reynolds

Filiz began practicing Yoga back in 2009. Even though her practice was initially physical, her relationship with Yoga deepened as the years progressed; helping her relieve symptoms of a childhood injury and guiding her through a sacred journey of self-discovery. Today, Filiz continues to evolve as a dedicated Yoga practitioner, bringing peace and balance into her life with her daily practices.   As her personal practice and passion for yoga grew, Filiz embarked on her 200-hour Teacher Training in Anusara Style with Chris Chavez, and 300-hour Advanced Teacher training with Jonas Westring (Anatomy), Carlos Pomeda (Philosophy) and Balaram Chandra (Ayurveda). She has also completed a 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier.   Over the years, she has also participated in numerous workshops with renowned Yoga teachers such as Kino MacGregor, Seane Corn, David Kim, Amy Ippoliti and Dr. Kausthub Desikachar, among others.



Inspired by the wisdom of her valuable teachers and the experience gained from her own practices, Filiz’s classes revolve around the awareness of the breath and body through a safe yet powerful asana practice, with a strong focus on alignment.
Gentle Flow : Moving mindfully in a straight-forward flow with some longer holds to allow our muscles to release any forms of tension.
Power Vinyasa : A dynamic and energetic class that synchronises breath with movement and flows through a sequence of postures with focus on strength and core work.
