It’s a truly healing and nourishing modality and I am ever grateful to all my teachers for lighting this path.”   Maria is a 500 hr Hatha yoga teacher and a Continuing Education Provider with International Yoga Alliance. She has qualifications in Yin yoga with meridian theory and is a Registered Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Maintaining a holistic approach to one’s lifestyle is something Maria highly regards. She has a background in science, anatomy and counselling and teaches Anatomy and Physiology on 200 hour Teacher Training Courses. To assist with these she has written two detailed guide books on for the newly qualified yoga teacher.



Kundalini : A Kundalini class is well structured, playful yet relaxing. Based around classic yoga poses it uses a variety of different breaths, sound and meditation with an emphasis on balancing the chakras. Set to beautiful music with a lovely yoga nidra relaxation to finish. it’s fun, uplifting and deeply emotionally grounding too.
Yin : Yin classes work on the connective tissue and fascia of the body, stimulating the ‘chi’ and meridian network. Rejuvenating & relaxing, Yin yoga can improve the flexibility of joints. Yin enables students to move with ease at their own pace and limits. It is mainly floor based, quiet and meditative and mindfulness is a big part of this class.
