Kundalini : A Kundalini class is well structured, playful yet relaxing. Based around classic yoga poses it uses a variety of different breaths, sound and meditation with an emphasis on balancing the chakras. Set to beautiful music with a lovely yoga nidra relaxation to finish. it’s fun, uplifting and deeply emotionally grounding too.
Yin : Yin classes work on the connective tissue and fascia of the body, stimulating the ‘chi’ and meridian network. Rejuvenating & relaxing, Yin yoga can improve the flexibility of joints. Yin enables students to move with ease at their own pace and limits. It is mainly floor based, quiet and meditative and mindfulness is a big part of this class.
