Myofascial Qi Gong : Come and practice Qi Gong with Olivier Di Tullio: A core fascial release apprentice and a long time practitioner of Qi Gong who modified the traditional Qi Gong to further stretch and release physical and mental tension. The class will be a continuous flow of standing Qi Gong postures to stretch your meridians and release your fascia. Each postures will have an incorporated flow to stretch and release deep tension. With the combined guided deep breathing to activate the body's detoxifying and self-healing capabilities.
Traditional Tai Chi Yang style 24 form : Learn the most famous Tai Chi sequence. From the Yang family, the simplified 24 form is a 10min sequence which will greatly instill calmness and movement. The class will comprise of Qi Gong based warm ups followed by repetitive practice of the 24 form to perfect your posture and stance while committing this age old practice for health and longevity.
Traditional 8 Brocade Qigong : A unique 16 posture Qi Gong practice. Taught as per the Hsin-I institute's mix of the 8 Brocade Qi Gong, 5 animal frolic Qi Gong and the tendon changing and bone marrow cleansing sutra. It is a traditional practice which will stretch your meridians, strengthen your muscles and detoxify your body through synchronising the postures and movements with your breaths and healing sounds.
Power Vinyasa : A sequence of continuous flow of yoga Asanas to warm up the body, tone your muscles and improve your flexibility. The flow will make sure you challenge yourself in a fun fun way by giving alternatives for all levels but also seek to welcome you to try the more acrobatic and balancing poses to not only strengthen your body but also your mind.
